Campari Spritz

Campari has a bittersweet flavor profile with notes of orange peel, cherry, clove, and cinnamon. Slightly more bitter than Aperol, this is made with Campari, Prosecco, and Fever Tree club soda garnished with an orange or blood orange slice. A gorgeous crimson colored apéritif.
