A classic, proper martini is comprised of dry vermouth and gin (or vodka) stirred together and served in a martini glass with a lemon twist or olive garnish (an onion turns it into a Gibson, a perfectly wonderful alternative). Created with Fords London Gin or Grey Goose Vodka.
